its wierd how we never hear of inguries including the akilies heel, cuz if u hit that,ur screwed and can be paralyzed in one leg,
the akilies heel is located on the back upper part of ur heel.the one that basically moves ur foot,it the bone u can see and feel

then i know a girl running in the track nationals who was like 20 yards apart from everyone then her akilies tendon exploded and she collapsed and she is in a wheelchair.
