Am I getting ripped off for this wheel?

This kid wants to buy my wheel for $30. It is an Eagle-Sport wheel, 100mm, and 2 days old of riding. Am I getting a good deal or not?

It seems pretty clean and new. If you bought it for 25 though then you should sell it because thats a gain for you.

I don't need an expensive wheel ATM. Plastic cores and pro model wheels are fine. And I just got an offer from somebody else for $40.
