Hey all,
My name is Kyper or Kyle as my real name is. I am a Professional Aviation major at LSU and am doing a minor in Film.
I just recently got into scooting and have trying my best to get better but my main sport is Superbike Racing and Streetbike Freestyle. And I've found out I want to make a movie about scooting for my film class. It's not for a grade or anything, I just want to make one to test my skills as an editor.
Now here is the thing I unfortunately do not live near a crapload of Professional Riders and I do not have to cash to pay them for movie help even if I wanted to. So I am coming here to ask you guys of Scooter Resource for your movies and your homemade films.
Now here is the deal I have talked to some of my friends who are managers at Pac Suns and Suncoast and whatnot and they agreed they'd sell the movie on their shelves for a month if it is good enough. It should be on some shelves in Louisiana and Arkansas so it should be fun. I will also have copies for people on Scooter Resource to buy (or maybe free) as well.
I know this sounds ridiculous, it sounds like I just want your movies, gonna edit them together and make some cash but that's not the deal. I love Scooting and I want to let other people find out how fun it is as well.
So here's the thing, I need riders. No pro's because I can't pay you guys, but amateurs who go out and make their own video's to email me or message me on here their best (Or worst, who knows it might be better then everyone else's even at your worst) video's and if I like the video enough I will use it in my movie and if it makes it in the user will get a free copy of the DVD and maybe some cash. I doubt it will make a crapload though, if any money.
But yeah I'm looking for:
Amateur Riders looking to get noticed or who just want to be in a movie.
A Diversity of states and maybe countries. (Please, all you guys in California send me your video's but I'm not gonna have like 90 people from CA in it. If there is like only one guy from from like Rhode Island I'm gonna put him in even if he can only Bunnyhop just because he is the only rider from RI that sent a movie in).
People who don't mind sending in a 2-10 minute movie with the possibility of not getting paid for it.
People who want to see Scooting get bigger.
So yeah, and in the beginning of your video I'd like you to tell.

Your Favorite Trick And Best Scooting Memory:
Favorite Place To Ride:
Have that in the beginning of your movie and then the rest of the movie along with it. You can add music if you want but I will do that myself if you don't want to. If you have a song you want on it but don't own the song I'd be happy to buy it and put it in the movie for you.
I'm looking to make a 30 minute-hour long video and need all the riders I can get!
So send in those movies guys! You might just get into a DVD!
