Any way to run RUP bars?

My current set up is MGP bat wings (Oversized) with HIC compression..

I also have the RUP bars and I wanna cut them down and use them.. but what would I need to run them? Is my onlly option to get a SCS?

btw.. everything is threadless.

you could use ics if you cut them then cut a slit
