This will be by first scooter purchase if I end up going through with it (2003 Geely JL50QT21, 50cc), and I want to make sure I'm not getting a crappy deal.
The guy I have been talking to wants $650 for it, and it's been sitting in his garage for 5 years. He said he never really rode it since he got a motorcycle shortly after purchasing it. So basically it's like new.
Thing is, I can't find ANY information anywhere on the internet about this make and model scooter. I hope I've come to the right place here, and someone can tell me if, 1. this is a good deal, 2. if this thing will carry me (a 230 lb person) at least 40 mph (if not, is there something I can have my mechanic do to it so it will?)
