Currently im riding a ethic lindworm the i like the length of it even though double whips are a bit tricky cause im a small guy. I have heard that sledgehammers are really nice for grinds like rails there good for i love rails. I also heard that its harder to do whips and stuff on a tsi is this true also ive heard that the headtube angle of 83 on the tsi makes whips better. Basically are tsi decks really as good as this thread says they are cause im interested in a sledge but its $260 and i want to be sure its a good purchase like ive also heard that hammerheads are nicer than sledgehammers also how do they compare to the lindworm

It will be a big change for you. Especially if you go with a sledge. For me, I personally do think that they are harder to do whip tricks on, but I know some people that prefer the way they whip. The only way to really find out is to try one. Other than that, cruising and grinding and other suches are unbelievable. The thing is godly. I absolutely loved mine. The only reason I don't ride it much is because I prefer the way other decks whip. So pretty much, yea, they are as good as everyone says. If you actually hold it in your hands, you will realize why the thing is so expensive; it's a piece of art. And in comparison to a hammerhead, I'd say the sledge would be the better option just because its 5 in instead of 4.5. But that's just my preference.

personally my hammerhead is the best deck ive ever ridden, you can tell the build quality a mile off compare to most mass manufactured decks. they are heavy though but being 6'2 its not really an issue for me because i like solid decks. best bet is to test one if you see someone riding one and decide from there...

Get a tsi paramount why get a sledge when they have a much lighter tsi that's 5 wide out. Paramount weighs as much as a 4.5 threshold so it should be the best of both worlds

if you are struggling to do double whips on a lindworm idk if you want a tsi. I have only ridden a threshold but i think for whip tricks and such other decks are better however they are known for basically being the best decks for grinds (hence why loads of street riders use them)

If a lindworm is big for you there is no way you could go with a tsi. Yes, the Whips are a bit slower but if you get used to it it really doesn't matter. grinds are really smooth, they last Long. Overall really good decks.

i suggest you ride flyout

I dont ride flyout been down that road just no No no no im not that small and weak im just a late bloomer ight most of my problems with riding comes from me being a pussy not from the parts i ride or my style

If you alreay having Trouble getting double Whips with the lindworm I wouldn't go with a tsi

I can catch them its just not consitent cause i kind of ignored that trick for a couple years and came back to them i got grinds down i like grinding a lot

A sledge isn't even made anymore. The paramount is basically sledge v2. Its grinds as well and is much lighter. Wont be as light as a lindworm obv but its also wider

I ride a flavor. And the new one is 4.8 which is the best of both worlds imo. I haven't lost any tricks swithing from a thresh to it when it comes to grindsi so I'd say its just as good. If you need to have 5 wide get a paramount, if u are worried about whip speed of a tsi then you probably arent the right guy for a tsi deck
