Will you stop assuming I'm pissed off and asking me to chill? It makes the thread lame, maybe I was interested but not so interested that I wanted to bug you and wait to get pics. At that point, I'd literally be making an effort towards something I'm not even sure I'm seriously interested in. It makes everyone's lives easier and the thread 1000 times more appealing. The rule was invented because picture-less threads rarely ever pan out into anything, much like the state of this one right now.

edit: it used to literally be considered a waste of bandwidth but this forum is so seldom used anymore I guess that's barely an issue
