My version:
1 1" diameter bar = the main bar
1 a bit below 1" diameter bar = the handles
1.Have it welded in a T.
2.Install a BROKEN fork (I mean, with the forktube broken just above the headset) on your scooter.
3.Shove the T-tube up the fork.
4.If it woobles (it may not because 1" is slightly bigger than 25mm which is what I used) figure a way of sorting the problem out, you may paint the bar so it becomes a bit wider so a bit of the paint will come off when putting it in the fork, or you can put a very thin sheet of metal around the bar.
5.Drill/Have the setup drilled through BELOW the bottom headset (make sure the bar goes all the way through the fork) and put a bolt through it.

arent those rad v2s?
just take your stock t tube and measure all the dimensions and make another set of bars with those dimensions. I'm gonna make myself a set of bars, possibly next summer, or march break at the earliest, depending on when I get a welder, because as much as I want rads, the shipping is too much for me, same with simple bars. They're all probably hella good, it's just that shipping is too much for my liking.
Wait, you live in Australia. dude, just get ss bars, probably a lot cheaper than getting all the tools and materials to make them yourself...

haha, I'm not starting up a company or anything, plus shipping from Canada to the US would f--- you over. Just get rads man. Plus, I'm making mine out of reinforced aluminum (because I'm getting something along the lines of a TIG welder), rather than 4130 steel, so they'll be a lighter and stronger than the stock razor bars, but nothing like rads.Jakob Burns said:
