barspin help

i checked and i hope this is the right forum for this......i REALLY want barspins, however i cant seem to catch them right. Do you guys have any tips? (and saying i need to learn them off a ramp wont help since no parks around here allow scooters)

what i did to get my barspins good was hold the scooter in the air with both hands and just spin it and practice it that way....it worked good for me. : )

Yeah do that, and you can also just hang your scooter off the edge of a curb or somthing and spin the bars and get used to catching them. Both ways are pretty effective.

The only thing with Bri's way is you might be just spining too slow. (A good way to start off I guess...)

I ride with my bars at the bottom so I always wear gloves becase I hate cutting my hand on the bar opening thingey.

i cant get bar spins eathier but my friend brandon is awsome at them he did wat gary sed throw with 1 hand catch with the other.and if air is a problem then do them off curbs or something or buy a like plastic ramp.

yeah, barspins were pretty annoying for me until I became smart...that is when I had the ingenious idea of putting my scooter on a small 2by2 in my basement and just practice spinning and catching the bars for about half an hour each day for a week or something and now I'm a barspin pro!

bar spins are hard at first but try to catch them fast and try not to jump to high on flatland when doing it or you might just make it fall to the side. One last thing try setting your bar height where your T-bar is not infornt of your balls or you might just miss the catch and pop the bar into your balls.
