i have the rotation but idk if i should throw a hand off or a bar after the bartwist

good kinda sucks for me cause i dont,
either i have to oppo barspin after the bartwist or bartwist stop then do my normal bar.

do it all with one hand bartwist bar in one constant motion. dont catch the btwist then throw the bar with two hands
