Bearing pokes out of wheel?

I searched but didnt find anything. I'm using skateboard/longboard bearings (only have one right now) and for some reason my bearing wont go in all the way. Also using reds, I had the same issue with my vertx wheels however these are root wheels. Any advice? If i tighten it anymore which doesnt seem to work the bearings just lock up.

Your bearing spacers are probs too long try putting them in without and see if it works. If so then take them out and file down the spacer and their you go.

If you wnt a dialed scooter then you have to put the spacer in just file them down A little
