bearings in metal hubs

what is the best way to get bearings in/out of wheels with metal hubs without destroying the bearings?
im getting some drives and I dont want to destroy my bearings

I got myself banned.
I just breath in the hole so it gets wet than slide it in as straight as possible. I guess you could put some kinda of lube on there but the bearing might slide around.
 
i guess just with the allen wrinch? thats what i always use..jsut put it in there and like tilt it so its behind the bearing and pull it out..

Use a press or a bolt with washers to press them in evenly. Don't count on taking them out without destroying them. They will still work but will never be the same after you pry them out of there and if you press them out from the inner race you will ruin them to. I wouldn't really worry because from most people I have heard your Drive wheels will outlast your bearings. I could understand trying to save and reuse bearings with YAKS or something where the wheel has a shorter life span but that shouldn't even be an issue. Just plan on getting new bearings.
