Bearings

since i don't have a complete scooter right now, i took the bearings out of my wheels and i let them sit in oil for a week. i put them back in my wheels and they are amazing. they spin forever.
i did the same thing to my headset bearings, but i don't know if it will have the same effect. i dont have forks or a compression to test it out.
 
Depends how often and where you ride. If you ride in dirty/dusty/sandy places probably once every month or so. Pretty much after any time that you ride in the wet.

If you just ride park or in relatively clean places there's probably no need to do it more often than every three months.

Just make sure that you clean them before re-lubing them though, otherwise it's a waste of lube.
