Yes, tilt has an oversized double clamp that can be used with HIC.

ScooterZone Double Clamp, their HIC clamp, Proto Half Knuck, Tilt Double, TSI Chromo are all great. As long as you grease your bolts and tighten them properly, they all carry out the same job.

The tilt clamp doesn't come with a shim, but i think you can buy one seperatley on sky high scooters.
