Ok, so recently i have seen ECX videos with people riding in there with scooters. BUT they had to rent it out.. These videos made me want to ride there sooo bad, and i want to know if anyone else wants to go there as bad as me. This could be my local park, and is an easy 5min drive..
Main Point: I want to know if i should start a petition trying to let scooters in the park. I want to see how many people actually live near this park to see if a petition is worth making. To be honest, im not just going to make a petition with 5-10 people on it and make me look stupid. Im looking for atleast 30 people. Im just trying to make Black Diamond realize that they can make money off us, and thats all they seem to care about.

Little Kids:
Alot of skateparks dont let scooters in because of the little kids (around age 7-10) in the skatepark getting in peoples way, and they snake people constantly. Unfortuantly these kids have to do it while riding scooters, i have no clue why.
Resolution:
Maybe if they accept the petition, they could make an age limit for scooter riders. Possibly like age 12+ since the problem is kids around age 7-10. This age limit could eliminate the snaking and kids just standing in the middle of the ramps, since common sense comes with age.
Damage to the ramps:
This is also an excuse that skateparks use to keep scooters out. Supposedly the awkward shape of the scooter damages the ramps if it hits the ramps in a certain way. I would understand if someone threw it directly at the ramp, but other than that, no.
Resolution:
The only thing i could think of that could have the most possibly damage to the ramps are the bars without bar ends. Maybe they could enforce a rule that we need to have plastic barends on our bars in order to get in the park. And for them to make more money off us, they could sell them in their "pro shop" if we do not have them already.
Im going to try my absolute hardest to get scooters inside Black Diamond (BDMS) without having to rent the whole park out.
In your reply, please post that you would or wouldnt be a part of the petition if i create one to send into BDMS. Im just trying to see how many people would possibly be apart of it, then ill make my decision off of how many people post back.
