I found a madd/blade scooter with a blade brake

it is 40 dollars shipped in the US

is it worth it? and are they any good other than the brake?

and can you lock the foldies easily?

Madd/blade breaks are rare and since you could get a whole scooter anyway WITH shipping, i think $40 is worth it.

Madd's foldies can be locked pretty easy.
Check for sticky threads (the "Super modding thread") to look how to lock folding mechanism if you don't have a clue.

do you have to drill though??? because it doesnt look like you could put a bolt in

i have a blade but it is WAY different. NO foldy. the headtube is too long and i need a long fork tube to clamp bars to it (only half a clamp fits on it) and it has like a razor brake.
