Bolting Your Foldy

When you are bolting your folding mech can you use wheel axles? Do they work okay because i have friends who say to use them

yeah you can, be sure to use some washers or old bearing though, because they might get loose plus they are a little to long

I use em, but people tell me they'll break. I just reinforced my deck and got a new fork so most of the pressure is gonna go to my foldy.... i wonder if itll destroy the axles

just use one for the bottom bolt and put loctite in it

yes, i've always used stock axles, bearings, and spacers to lock my foldy, it works perfect and looks nice.

You dont need washers like everyone else said you can just use some junky stock bearings, and you can use clamp nuts too. if the axle is to short.
