I went to put in my bones reds bearing on 1 side and it fell out, so i tried stock and the same thing happed and then again with my speed demons!
It had scratches and grease marks, as if there was previously bearings it there b4 i got it.
I'm not quite sure if should just ride it and not care or send it back ...

Lol...and if they were even a thousand of a millimeter tighter you'd have problems with putting in bearings and you'd cry how the core destroyed your expensive bone swiss bla bla...
All in all, you shouldn't really worry, put them in, tighten the wheel and enjoy...

They dont look too ovalised from the video because there not falling out super easily, I would just say ride it and if it gets worst then send it back.

i think there fine

the speed demons didnt pop put asap compared to the bones

also its not as if the bearings fall in when inserting them u had apply small amount of pressure

just use them as the sig wheels as u can see in image have a larger bearing core to help prevent overlising after long term use

id say once u fit it too scooter they will be fine

if in end it gets bigger you just need email shq, eagle sport will sort you out im sure of it

Most eaglesports are like that.
Put in both bearings with a normal bearing spacer.
Press them in all the way.
If one bearing sticks out a little farther, file down the bearing spacer until it fits.
Grease the bearing cups.
Enjoy your perfect, long lasting wheels :)

If you didn't get that.
If one side isn't sticking out more, and your cups are greased, the wheels will ride perfect and won't get any worse.

THEY'RE NOT FUCKIN' OVALIZED. FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME, THE BEARING SPACE IS A TINY BIT BIGGER SO YOU CAN PUT BEARING IN EASIER.

JUST USE STICKERS OR TAPE OR CLOTH TO MAKE IT FIT SNUG.

eagle tests the bearing slots of each wheel they make to see if the bearings fit correctly, thats why there were install marks in the bearing slot.

and thanks for buying my wheel :)

And if this were a thread about Protos being ovalized, everyone would be saying "These metal cores won best product? Blah blah blah". Sh!t happens.

IT IS HARDLY OVALIZED in fact it will probably spin faster with the tiny extra bit of space.. just ride it

Hey,

I´ve heared that:
1) the bearingslots are NOT ovalized at all, they are 0,01mm bigger then normal for special reasons.
As told before here, just put in yr bearings, Tighten yr bolts (DO NOT FORGET THE RIGHT SIZE innerspacer) and GO !!
2) The little scratches inside the wheels is because each wheel/bearingslot is tested 3 times !!!!!simple
3) There are "special" innerspacers available....

stop whining and ride them. if they ovalize put tape around the bearings
still makes them slower when there ovalized, and then the tape wears off and they wiggle like sheeet.
