Cap Cam Error

so all of a sudden when i pop in a tape to my cap cam and go to VTR to play my shit back, it says re-insert cassette and Error C:32:11 something or other and i cant play back. Is it basically just fucked, or what?

You need a head cleaner...

Just google Sony mini dv head cleaners; they look just like a normal tape.
Pop it in and let it run for 10 seconds and you should be good to go
