i just started to really ride this summer and i ride goofy to spin and hit staircases but to whip i have to ride normal. really wierd but i can land flatland whips and my whips and doublewhips are almost the same. it seems like i shuold be able to land whips 100% then start doubles but both of them i can get feet on but i land on my break, i need help catching them so i dont have that problem. any tips?

it sounds like you need to pick a stance and settle on it first of all. i know it will be hard, but you will really thank yourself later on. and catching whips really becomes natural after you get comfortable with them, just watch for it, then pull up and get your feet ready for the deck to stick to them. good luck

Try heelwhipping in goofy. If you can, then you're one of those weird dudes who heelwhips better than tailwhips and can make sweet combos.

noob question but heelwhip goes out behind and come back in in front? or is that just a normal whip?

your problem is obviously that your feet are moving backwards during your whip, most likely because of how your kicking the deck, causing you to land on your brake. try moving your feet farther up the deck then your normally would before you whip.

that's normal. a heelwhip spins (for regular) counterclockwise (opp for goofy. ski is dumb)
