griptape isnt really MENT for cleaning man, they say dont use water, but really, DONT USE LIQUID. and a scrubing brush is a bit brutal. so really just try not to make ur hriptape dirty.

High pressure water washer...
I dont know whether it would rip some of the sand bits off it, but would defanitely get the dirt off it. You could limit the pressure though...
OR put water on, and some type of cleaner, then give it a hit with an air compressor... I might try that one for ya, when mine gets dirty enough...

haha i cant beleive no one has said a old toothbrush, a cup of water and some soap in the water.
1: dip toothbrush in soapy water
2: clean grip with toothbrush
3: only clean half of the grip at a time or the dirt will just dry up again
4: use an old towel and dry up the "dirty water"
5: repeat on the rest of the grip
WORK PERFECTLY!

yeah, let's go out and buy new griptape everytime it gets dirty... it's only $10. and you know, griptape only gets dirty if you ride your scooter, so yeah, why try to clean it when you can just go out, buy new grip tape, and reapply it to your scooter everytime you go out to ride.
so stupid.

get grip gum but your better off just buying new grip cause its only 5$ and you can re grip your scooter deck 4 times with a normal sheet

get a rag and olive/vegtable oil. i used to skate and i did that to the grip and it makes it better then brand new.

use sand paper.
