clicking noise in wheel

hello everyone. i bought a slamm outbreak a week ago and my front wheel makes a clicking noise, ive took the wheel of and its not the bearings. i took the bearings out and used an alan key to act as an axel but it still clicks. can anyone help?

the balls are probably messed up, you need new bearings. its either that or the wheel is ovalized. if you tilt the wheel and the bearings fall out its ovalized, and you gotta put some tape around the bearings before you put them in to stop it for a while until you can get a new wheel. if not, then its be bearings and you need new ones.
