Compression question (Retard alert)

Hey guys sorry for a retarded question but is it possible to run any type ofcompression on standard sized bars and what does compression change about your scooter? How does it affect your scooter and is there a point in it or should I just run no compression. Also what compression is the best. Cheers

well you definetely need a compression system, and for standard size bars your best option is SCS(Standard Compression System) in my opinion.

PROTO or Tilt make the best

So SCS can fit standard bars? Is it like a shim inside the clamp that you can take out?

Never run no compression. You'll probably snap your forks.

I actually rode no compression for about 2 weeks and there was no headset wobble or crack marks. The bars kept coming off though.

i rode no compression for a while with rup forks and nothing happened.
but i would get a small scs. phoenix, proto, or tilt.
