anyway for a 2nd degree agg assult charge and 1st degree assault with weapon unlawful purpose. facing 8-10 years in state. compressed ass story i go to dudes house he was talking shit he comes at me with a knife so i delete hit tooth with a tire iron he knocks me out and stomps my head in the ground im in a coma for 15 days i wake up to assault charges.

I need some info..... okay so my freind recently used my scooter (i let him borrow it) and he went to some store to steal shit and the security tried to grab him so he swung the scooter and fucked up one of the guards.. hes in juvie..my scooter is in impound......and the security is in critical condition in the hospital......would it be possible to get my shit back?

your scooter is evidence in the case, you have to wait for the court case to finish. and even when it does you gotta make sure he says its yours or it will be taken by the pigs and they wont give it back. if the security guard dies you will never see it again so better write that nigga a letter.

they took my snap back since its got blood stains and they dont even want to give that back.. thats the murder weapon id get a lawyer.
