It's rediculous how you guys can advertise a lifetime warranty on all donut dehubs, and a 90 day on all chunking but then not respond to emails or take 6+ months to send a replacement. I love proto but the customer service is horrible. I also just bought a pair of green grippers from a local shop only for them to start chunking a week and a half later.

I couldn't agree more. This is the second Proto wheel I've damaged and I've yet to get a single reply to either of my emails. I'm going to bump this until I get an answer.

i bought the same wheels you have brian, and mine are about to dehub. 2 weeks old.

yeah that happens to me and it doesn't affect anything. i've been riding mine for months after those strips peeled off.

i thought grippers were some of the best wheels out. My demon cores lasted me 7 months until i started riding on the core, but protos lasted me 2 months until the urethane started to come off. i'm fucking pissed cause im going to need new wheels pretty soon

the bolts for my brake were stripped out and they never sent me any they said 2 times they would send them and finally i found some that actually fit locally bunch of bullshit

Proto is FD, my SCS came in 6 days. No problems there, although I never tried to contact thrm at all

are you sure they offer lifetime on all dehubs?
i hope so cus my gripper is only going to last me a few more weeks before it fully dehubs.

the lifetime warranty is only on clean dehubs which is where there is no urethane on the core.
