D.I.Y skate spots

after watching these 2 vids and a couple more, i decided that i want to make some myself, probably a quarter pipe box and rail and it could go from there, but my concerns are...am i going to get in trouble for this? is it illegal? i have an abondoned lot by my house where i always scoot and skaters skate there too and it would be perfect for this, please reply and any of you who have dont this share your experiences.

yeah its illegal, but as long as you do it in a spot that you know for sure has been deserted for a long time, you should be fine. if anything, it'll just get torn down.
i really wish i had an abandoned spot next to my house, because i really want to make a quarter.

well there used to be a school there but now it got torn down and built kinda buy it and the spot hasnt been used forever, but theres a road like literally right buy where a bunch of cars ALWAYS drive by so idk would we get fined?

i live next to a school that they were doing construction on and had tons of wood so we made kickers and there was a stack we used for a flat box.....it was all fun till the cops came :/

haha what did the cops say? and wood and cement are 2 different things

if the cops catch you building there, than yeah you might get fined. if you can manage to build the spots without anybody in the cars noticing, then you should be fine.

theyll definetly notice cuz its like at the road but its not like nobody has built there before theres a cement box which is crap and got destroyed so idk im most likely going to do it with my friends anyway, if the cops come were gonna say we didnt know and that they should give us a skatepark so we wouldnt have to build there

ya i know im just saying that wood you can always put away but cement stays

how old are you? if you are like 14 or under, you probably have a better chance of using that excuse.

Ya i went there yesterday and cleaned it all up and its ready for cement, if i do it ill try and take some pics
