what excuses do you use to get out of a helmet charge?
iv gotten a warning the 1 TIME i have ridden street. next time 100 dollar fine and i hate it cause i wanna ride street

ive gotten liek summons not like 100 dallors tickets, for liek being at the wrong place wrong time they were liek 50 dallors, there so gayyyyy

470 dollars for riding at a PUBLIC skatepark, if i got a ticket for that i would punch them in the face. not really but yeah.
thats sucks so much shit.
the no helmet ticket is reasonable, just wear a helmet, then theres less risk of doing yourself a head injury aswell as not getting a ticket.
the no brakes ticket sucks too.

The police aren't too bad where I live. Never got a ticket or anything, just warnings for riding in packed public places like the city etc.

We where riding from my local to the train station
and there where these coppas doing random breath testing
they yelled out
"where are your helmets boys"
i go "look cliped to the side of my bag"
they just turned around and got to work

cops here are a bitch. not like this stuff, but other stuff. i live right west of cleveland in a city thats 7 square miles. if you do anything, cops will surround you from three places so you can run.
