Deck feels odd.

i recently just got a mgp nitro deck and for some reason all the tricks are harder.
i kinda pissed i have to relearn tricks again. The odd thing is that ive been riding the nitro for 5 days and it still feels odd.
i had a rup before.

Has this happened to you?

nitro felt great after rup, but i only rode the nitro at the park, it was my friends tho. Im gettin a TSI, and im kinda worryin about the difference there...

Yeah, but the oposite, I was riding an Ultra and got a Nitro, and cant even ride the Ultra, feels all cramped

Well it's heavier, longer, wider and once you really get used to it it will feel so much better. And vickayyyyyyy don't tsi's take a couple days to get used to and then they are the best decks ever

It took me like 2 months to get double whips flat on my TSI even though I had them dialed on my ultra pro. Give it time.

thats what ive heard and im really excited about the 4.5 wide!!! it felt so nice on the nitro i rode!!

i lol'd at how many y's u put in there... almost twice as many haha

yeah i have dub whips flat like ok on my ultra, i dont really like doing them though, takes a lot of energy for me, im a young one.

well, not gonna lie i HATE the team/ninja decks especially with the stock brakes there like over 4.5 pounds

I don't think weight matters that much, it's more important to have experience on a particular setup. My friend's setup is pretty similar to mine in weight, but he has T bars instead of backsweep and his bars are like 2 inches shorter, and I can barely tailwhip his because it feels so heavy to me. It's all about what you're used to.

That is like going from a bicycle to an aircraft carrier in weight, just get used to it. it'll take some time.

I can double whip flat and I can air like 3-4 feet out of quarters, but I can't whip air. lol

for me i went from a tsi to nitro and i steped onto it and it was perfect i didnt have to get used to anything it was just perfect
