I rode a Lucky, Phoenix, and TSI.
Lucky is cnced out a block of alu. It hasa bolt that hold a piece of square alu to attach a razor headtube. But the bolts move alot. So it makes a noise. It is good for grinding and has no concave. Not heattreated so it may bend. Comes in Lite or Heavy duty, 4 or 4.5 90 day warranty.

Phoenix is like a smooth deck thats very shiny. the dropouts bend into the deck to prevent cracking. The deck is a hold piece of alu that has a headtube welded on. It has a brake system where you screw the brake into the deck with a bracket or something haha. It has a little bit of room for people who ride ski. Its has 3 degree concave and a 90 day warranty.

TSI has a deckplate to attach to it. It is the first one piece deck. It comes with 4,4.5, or 5.Its alu. It a headtube welded with alu squares and it uses a flexfender. It is a brake that screws on to the deckplate. The headtube angle is 83 which may be weird to get use to for a little bit. It is dialed. It has a 90 day warranty.

They are really both good but in my opinion, I like the Phoenix more.

I'm creating my new setup for this year, and im still up in the air between a 5" tsi and a 4.5" phoenix. either way, they're both going to be amazing compared to a reinforced pro.

You don't need to heat treat aluminum unless it is welded.

lucky:
+cnced
+drop outs are super reinforced/solid
+cheaper price than tsi/phoenix
+quick and easy to put together

-headtube nuts strip( so you have to buy some locknuts )
-holes drilled for brake may be drilled wrong, but easy fix

+/-no concave

Phoenix:
+light
+solid
+thick metal

-expensive
-surface area on bottom of deck isnt as good for grinding as other decks

+/-concave

In my opinion ALL of the decks that are out right now are good. thats me tho ha. your ALWAYS going to brake scooter parts. you cant be pissed when you break a Razor Pro or Ultra pro..They're bound to break...its a scooter. and if they didnt break Razor would only sell 1 per person and lose money. All the decks are good so fuck it. Buy them if u dont liek it. sell it. man up whatever. just scooter and have fun.

I have a similar opinion on most parts. Aftermarket parts these days from all the legit companies are strong, people need to stop wondering this or that and get on a fucking scooter instead of deciding what fork to buy. Decks though, they all weigh different, are different lengths, widths, have different grind surfaces so it takes some thought before purchasing a deck. As far as strength goes, though, I agree. If you're breaking aftermarket parts, you're going to break anything you get no matter the brand.

I ride a phoenix.

Pros:
-SOLID
-sexy
-smooth
-whips niceley
-perfect HT angle (82.5)
-perfect length
-light

Cons:
-no pegs
-good with feebles and smiths. but thats it. any other grinds are useless. but those two grinds are all i need.
