Put a bearing in your break spring and glue the fck out of it make sure your bolts dont creek.
Make sure your headset is not loose.
And make sure your wheels arent ovalized if they are than super glue them in.
Its not easy to dial your scooter but if you really want to just take oh parts and see if your scooter still isnt dialed if you know what i mean.

well the headset is moving a lil but my dad tightened the bolt that connects to the starnut as tight as he can and my eagle-sport in the back is like making a clicking and rattling noise at the same time.

I got myself banned.
If the eagle is clicking, its ovalized, wrap your bearings in electrical tape and put them in the wheel to suppress the noise.

Drill the brake hole and put in a 1 1/4 bolt and put a bearing under the spring

tighten everything as much as possible

Don't mail it to Greg he'll pee in your headset and shit on your grip tape. THEN, he will cut it in half, and mail it back to you.

No, he can't.

Wheel bearings tend to 'stretch' over time. If you hold the center of the bearing with one hand and twist the outside with the other, you can check how much it's stretched. If it moves, hey presto, theres where the noise might be coming from.
