I swear a i have hemophilia, my cuts bleed for like 3 hours before they clot, never went to the doctor for it. I have a shitload of scar tissue in my sinuses, when i get conjested when im sick i get dizzy as hell when i stand and just pass out everywhere haha. Anxiety real bad also. No diagnosed diseases though.

Chrons must blow, one of my teachers had it and forgot to take his meds the one morning and ran out of class all cramped up puking and stuff...

i have heart problems, i have a murmur and a small hole in my heart. it doesn't effect me much, im just not supposed to drink energy drinks or caffeine and shit.

it may not be a disease but i have asthma its so fucking annoying sometimes you cant do anything its like breathing through a really small straw and it hurts...fucking hate it

I get heart palpitations if I drink caffiene or what ever so I cant have that.
Anxiety
Depression I think? lol
IBS I think too haha.
OCD and maybe a form of Tourrets.

I have RLS (restless leg syndrome)
I also have PLMD (Periodic Limb Movement Disorder)
I have that worse than the RLS but it just pisses me off more than anything.
If im laying down my arms feel all tingly and I need to move them around. Only happens a few times a week though.

i might have a teensy bit of OCD, i have little things that i feel like i have to do, mainly stuff like cracking my wrists and clicking my fingers. no biggie though.

my stepdad has ms, he was in a wheelchair but he can walk now.
