District headset noise

i have ridden a district intergrated headset for a while and i dont know what it is but my headset makes this creeking noise every now and then when i lean forward and backward on the bars it makes the noise like when im dropping in on a bowl. i have adjusted my headset multiple times but it still comes back to the same noise. please comment if you know what to do to fix it

Put lots of grease in it.

It's easy to find, I bought mine at Home Depot.

it could be like what he said. you would just need to grease it. or you could have broken a bearing. try to grease it and if it still creaks get a new headset
