What kind of bolt is stripped, either a compressionbolt or a bolt in clamp?
If compressionbolt, please describe what kind of compression system you run.

Did you stripped the threads on the bolt or rounded the hexagon insert for the allen key?

it is not the compression bolt that is stripped, it is the top bolt in the clamp, like the hexagonal one insert for allen key has rounded heaps, although the threads on the bolt are still fine...... PLEASE HELP ME.

Yea, there are a few ways to get it out:

1) do what Scott said: drill it out. First you should apply some WD-40 or some sort of oil (engine oil does fine too) and let the oil set in to the cracks between the bolt and the clamp threads and the socket part where the head of the bolt is. If it's a standard 6mm bolt, then use a 3-3.5mm drillbit and drill it it from the reverse end (do not drill the side of the bolt that has the insert, but the tip of the bolt itself), and once the drill locks into the bolt, the bolt should spin out. Sometimes drilling on the right side using these screw extractor drillbits can fix the problem aswell.

2) If the bolt sticks out from the otherside, you can use an angle grinder to make a little notch into the bolt and use a flathead screwdriver to screw it out the correct way. Do that only if the bolt sticks out a fair amount, otherwise when the end of the bolt reaches the clamp and you're unable to continue to screw your bolt out, you should be able to grab the head of the bolt with nosepliers on the right side. If the bolt isn't longenough, use a hacksaw or angle grinder to snap the bolt in half through the clamp: the right side piece should fall out by default and the left threaded side can be unscrewed out from the left side.

Let me know if one of these methods succeeded or not.

One more thing about stripped bolts-

You have to tighten the other good bolts to relieve the pressure on the stripped bolt.

If the drilling doesn't work find a local auto mechanic shop and ask them to cut the bolt with a cut off disc.

This is one very good point that i forgot to mention. Thanks.

i stretched the 2nd and 3rd bolt and started twisting the forks out of the compression and then they fell out the bottom of the deck, then to tighten it i just twisted the forks back into the tilt top cap compression in the clamp (that was stuck on the bars) to tighten the scs. ill definetly try the 2nd option u gave me though because ive heard it before and i think it will work,
Thanks :)

You can hammer the bottom of the clamp up until its past your forks then take you bars off and then hammer it back down that's what I did when that happened to me

I got myself banned.
since the alan key bolt is round, use a 6 mil alan key, works, but then you'll have to use a 6 mil alan key, so try that, if it does not work, drill

Same thing happened to me today I took a hacksaw and cut the bolt in half then used needle nose pliers to twist the otherside out
