dont know which wheels

i really dont know which wheels to get. i cant really afford protos, eagles, and i cant really find micro metal cores for cheap either. so i was wondering if anyone could suggest some good strong wheels

are those the same thing as green machines? and those are only 90mm. does that make a difference?
