double whips

I'm also having similar issues. It seems my problem is that my deck hits the ground about 1/2 of the way on the second whip. I jump as high as possible and spin as fast as I can, but I'm just not seeing an improvement.
Here's a few attempts of me on video. The best attempts are the last two clips.

im so close to landing them off the sidewalk and off kickers and it feels like learning to tailwhip all over again. any pointers?

This might sound weird, but once the first tailwhip passes pull the bars up and as it comes around again, push them down. This will make it spin faster. Try not to shin yo self.

Well first u need to have whip catches a good foot off the ground and then you should start learning them.

Go twice as fast as you think you have to go. If you think you have to push once, push twice. If you think you have to push twice, push four times. For doubles, you HAVE to go fast at first. Jump as high as you can, kick hard, and use your wrists.
