i would not purchase from them if your looking for a good place to buy a scooter i'd say use the vault: thevaultproscooters.com they also have a location in culver city

Alot of my friends have gotten stuff from them and it being terrible; the vault will get you set with everything you need

hes better of with a district complete or a higher end madd gear

my friend bought one last year. He snapped his fork and all DropIn scooters parts are rip offs of top pro brands. I would not recommend.
