ok so, i have a pair of green on black lucky atom 2 wheels i bought some rit powder dye from michaels i boiled water mixed the dye in then turned the heat off and left then in the water i put them in at 8pm it is now 3 pm the next day and they are still green... what am i doing wrong? i took them out and sanded them a bit to see if that would make them more porous .. nothing. i put in the whole package of dye. can someone please help asap?
