Here are some steps to dye and tie dye your wheels.
1. Buy a box of dye. RIT dye works best(liquid works too)
2.Place wheel in a pot, pour water in till 1/2" to an 1" above the wheel.
3.Remove wheel and boil the water.
4.Pour boiling water into a bucket of some sort.
5.Insert about 1/4 the packet for a lighter color and about 1/2 the packet of powder dye for a darker color and stir
6.Place wheel in bucket and wait about 4-6 hours
To tie dye, dye the wheel the lghter color first, then hot glue around randomly(let dry) then dye the wheel a darker color.
Then peel off hot glue and enjoy your wheel!!!

Some questions you may have:
why do you have to boil the water?
You boil the water to expand the urathane so the dye can soak through.
Will it dye a metal core?
Yes, it will dye the urathane no doubt but to dye the metal you just leave it in a little longer.
Can i dye any wheel any color?
No and yes,the dye color must be darker than the wheel color, unless you buy color remover(white) and do that then dye it how ever you want.
If any other questions quote this thread or whatever.
Enjoy your new wheel(s)
