I have an elite supreme v1 that I've been riding for about one and a half years old and I'm wondering when and how do they usually snap/brake...

That's a weird question. Do you want your deck to snap?
The timespan till your deck breaks/snaps obviously depends on the rider and their trick choice and execution.
