Envy SOB Forks

I've got threaded envy sob forks (pinned and glued) and the fork tube wobbles slightly left and right. Is there any way to fix this?

Also I have a flex fender with two bolts going lengthways, but my scooter has bolts going sideways, is there any way to fix this?

Its not the headset, I took my forks off to put my new headset in, and when I picked up my forks, I felt them wobble left and right, but only a bit

I would just get new forks. You can find some used forks on here for cheap.

Just buy a wedge or a tilt legacy, best forks on the market.
