I got myself banned.
I doubt anyone that has a say whats in the xgames or not reads the board, your better off getting this whole board to email somone important at expn if you really want to get them in.. the sport isn't big enough to get them in yet though

i totally agree

I disagree, after all the Xgames are an invitational comp that suposed to be more like a show, so if they invite all the best riders they will have what they want. Not to mention that people that see a tailwhip on a scooter are psyched, so they will be amazed when they will see a scooter comp. To me the sport is big enough to have a demo set up at X games.

I mostly just wanted someone to reply, all the threads on that site are like dead. I wasn't expecting to get scooters at the x games just from some kids writing that they should. But I think scootin is big enough to get a demo.

what do you mean by ralley car? As in WRC, off-road, crazy reflexes needed, rally racing? If so, than that isn't gay at all...

Who says scootering isn't big enough? According to the 2007 Almanac, scootering was the number 10 activity to do, with 4.5 million boys saying it was their favorite. It was even higher on the girls side, at #9, but with the same number of votes.

These are X games, X, extreme sports! another thing is that its supposed to be an entertaining show for masses, and I dont think that car rallies are entertaining at all. So the only possible reason that would make people watch it is Travis Pastrana, same goes for Supermoto. Now imagine that Travis Pastrana starts playing chess and thus, chess its in the X games, wouldnt this also be gay, even though chess is an awesome game?

On the other hand there's a good idea: get scooters into X games by making Travis Pastrana ride them, haha.

What's not entertaining about them? They're going full speed down dirt roads that're barely wide enough to fit the car and they slide totally sideways around the turns, take big jumps, and if they go off course they're either going to hit a tree or jump off a cliff, what could be better?

As for the sport being to small, of course it is. Let's take BMX for example, there're hundreds of sponsors for that, and hundreds more pro/pro level riders. Scooters, on the other hand, have maybe a few sponsors, and not that many riders that would actually come to compete at an event of that size.

Haha. Travis Pastrana on a scooter. That would be wild seeing him try a dub back on one. The bars would be really low on him, hes about 6 foot 1 isn't he?

But anyhow, i still don't understand why rally cars are in the X-Games. They can't do tricks, they're not extreme (in my opinion). Its nice of the organizers to include a completely new sport, but they shouldn't have dumped the others ones like wakeboarding and inline. But what are they going to add next, base jumping?

by boys they meant 5 year olds with light up wheels and bars up at their chins.
