Try 180s first. Then once you get those, remember these things when trying 360s:
Don't try to spin the 360 too hard or you'll over rotate.
Always look over your shoulder and spot your landing.
Try to just float the 360 around since you'll be higher off of the ground and have more time to spin.
You lose fear by slowly building up a skill-base. Once you can do one thing, you start working on the next thing and so on and so forth. Eventually you'll have both the skill AND the confidence to try bigger tricks.
Haha! Doing it that way is ok - just practice really. You can get scared, there's nothing to he scared of. Do 180 off, then 270, then keep building up.
Just have 3's flat dialed, I just learned my first FS grinds today (Just never thought of trying them) and I 180 bar'd out first try, and did a 360 first try, It's really not that hard. Don't carve at the end or your wheel will catch and you'll do a double frontflip.
alright if wer talking ledges, then practise riding along the ledge and 360ing off it and then once ur ready, keep trying feeble to 180, and then eventually feeble to 360
