finger whips

when ever i do finger whips my deack flies out like a tailwhip. what am i doin wrong or what should i do?

your deck is suppose to tailwip ?...... if you mean it goes like away from you... maybe practice on doing Big 1 handed tailwips(strecth your hand as far as youi can while wipping)... that should get you used to keeping the scooter wiping with one had, then try it again

you still have to use the arm jerking motion except with only one hand on the skooter....just keep on trying them the same as a tailwhip except your hand is used as a foot...

Worst advice ever... Anyways, i tell this to everyone i see who wants to learn fingerwhips, and they always get them down...What hes doing is instead of jes doing a nice no footer and bringing the deck up, hes whipping it before getting a chance to hit it...correct me if im wrong, what you need to do is practice doing no footers, and getting your hand down there to the deck without whipping it with your feet, once your able to get your hand down to the deck, and its not flying all over the place, then work on starting to hit it with your hand, dont smack the damn thing, jes give it a lil push sorta, and then as quick as you can, get your other back on, and from there its jes like a tailwhip, put your feet back together...and land on that bitch...And Practice as much as you can.

im verry close on finger whips as matt dibbs has seen and does it matter what hand tyou use to hit it or would it be a diffrent trick when hiting it with the oppisite hand?

as soon as you jump off the scooter, strattle the deck and hit it with your hand in between your legs, it wont whip, its how i learned
