Fit Bike Co Grips End Plugs Keep Coming Out

I recently bought some fitbike co grips for my blunt stripper bars and the end plugs keep coming out of the grips. how can i fix this?

Are they just a bar end likejust the plastic, or do they have an allen screw to make it wider? Need more info.

They are the one with the screw

Tighten the screw more. Or perhaps it's stripped. In which case you're screwed.

this has happend to me twice wit the scre bar ends i just use the odi bar end types that u just hammer in
