Flatland/freestyle scootering

Okay, leave me alone if this is a repeat thread. I was thinking, has anyone attempted to freestyle scooter? I mean like Rodney Mullen style, crazy tricks without moving. This needs to happen. I can try it I guess.

Super queer.
hahaha I'm pretty sure Dan, Nate Grant, blt, Alex Steadman and I could put on a little flatland freestyle thing lol I think it'd be pretty cool.

Yeah, it wouldn't look too good, but I was just wondering if anyone could do any. The only real trick I know about is a Laydown.

I wish. i'm working on a Casper Manual, basically doing a manny using a foot under your deck to pull up instead of your hands.

oh yeah also someone should do a nosemanual whip

bmx flatland on a scooter ftw lol i reckon once people make tricks doing actual proper flatland tricks, flatland will become a category of scooter riding

There were some crazy people that tried that, with like putting the scooter sideways on the ground, or upside down and standing on the bars... haha, one of them would be Danny Rangel, who used to ride with the Scooter Insanity guys. This concept is pointless anyways.

yup, i just watched SIV 1 and 2 yesterday, some guys did that haha.

its almost impossible to do bmx type flatland tricks, but some people (Derek) can do footjam whips and stuff. but scooters are different enough from both skateboards and bike to have their own style of flat, our own types of tricks. we don't need to do caspers and kickflips and footjam whips when we can do fakie scooter fakie barspin to fakie scooter fakie, other stuff like that. we shouldn't copy skaters and bmxers, we have our own style. we need to be original.

ehhh sorry if you didn't understand that, couldn't really explain what i meant.
