Yeah it does. I have a 4s and my sister has a 4 and the little switch above the volume keys to turn vibrate on and off is in a differnt spot on the differnt phones. I her 4 case on mine and it coveredc half of the vibrate switch... Sooo... Yeahhh they are a little differnt.
