Um I'm gonna make this the food thread. Anything related to good eating habits, good organic food you find, organic recopies, ect. Eating well almost totally eliminates health problems, and improves your riding a lot. Only one rule, organic shit only. So post your detoxes, food you eat when you ride, or whatever. I'll start it with a vegan coconut chocolate recipe.

1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao
2 tablespoon sweetener of your choice(Raw honey, agave, maple syrup, the thicker the better)
I'd recommend about a tablespoon of vanilla if that's what you're into.

Hmm, I try to be conscious of what I eat but it's so damn hard considering so much stuff we eat is so bad. Processed meat, preservatives in so many things, things that are deep fried, pretty much everything with its food dye. Then you have organic, which is usually incredibly limited (I get sick of one thing pretty quickly), usually a lot more expensive, and of course, lets not forget all the stories of people getting infections from organic foods. Makes shit hard. I'd like to try to eat even better but I literally just don'
t have the knowledge of where to start. I did make a change in my life where I started to drink a surplus of water whenever I feel like drinking something and that's definitely a huge plus for the body.

warned^. stop it.

but yeah i totally agree, eating healthy is super important to me, thats why i went vegetarian because it is nearly impossible to eat meat nowadays thats actually healthy, especially with the excessive amounts that people eat. my food for the day is usually something like 7-grain organic bread with honey and tea for breakfast, vegetable soup for lunch and then a banana or protein shake throughout the day, then a vegetarian meal for dinner, and i have felt so much fucking better ever since i started. monsanto is fucking poisoning our nation and it is terrible. i am slightly pissed that 1-522 didnt pass in washington, but i care enough about what i eat to just reasearch if its been genetically modified before.

It's pretty hard to eat 100% healthy now a-days, but I am pretty conscious of what I'm eating. Like I understand that it might not be healthy but compared to others diets in this society it's a lot better for you. For meats/dairy I like to stick to the local beef and dairy from where I live because then I at least know it's the better option. Try to stay away from the munchies but when you're baked it's hard...

I always cook food, never microwavable shit, stopped eating fastfood and stopped drinking everything but water entirely. I think I'm doing good, trying to just eat as much as I should in a day.

i dont eat shit that needs to be pollinated

Are you joking? I really hope you're joking. Because even if you sustain yourself off of meat, what the fuck do you think those CONSCIOUS LIVING ANIMALS WORTH NO LESS THAN YOURSELF eat? Plants. Plants need to be pollinated. And Hamish you're a chode.

Because its good for you eating good makes your body feel better and improves your stamina thus you can ride for longer and it make you less lazy
That's why I just run and exercise on the side lol

My half sister was vegan for 9 years, but she dropped it.
Considering that I want to study biochemistry and Im currently cloning a plant in one of my lab classes, it's hard for me to disagree with gmos.
I do however enjoy eating healthy. Although not vegitarian, definetly could cut out all redmeat from my diet and I feel that could help

Hamish you're a chode.
Its human nature to eat animals, just like its in a carnivorous animals nature to eat other animals.

It seems to me like its become a trend, like people think they're better than someone else because they dont eat meat. I work two jobs moving furniture plus I ride on weekends and occasionally weekdays, I also live off steak, burgers and energy drink but I dont have any problem with stamina.

You know meat rots inside you right? And energy drinks have high fructose corn syrup in em which is one of the worst things to put in your body if you're doing physical activity
