They suck. I ordered a flight a month ago (priority, came in 3 days) and never got my brake, brake bolts, spacers, or axles. Now I can deal with that, with a trip to the hardware store, but I have been running my homemade flexfenders for the last year now and wanted a legit flexfender for once. So I called that day, and she said she would ship it out that day. 10 days later, no brake, so I call again and she said it must still be coming. 12 days after that, I call James and ask. He says to email him, so I do and he said he would ship it out with a t shirt. Now, a week after that, I still dont have my brake and I sent him a mad email. I just wanna get what the fuck I payed for.

Yeah, they've been fairly legit in the past, but they flubbed the last order I got from them and didn't

a) offer me my money back (only store credit) which is BS, even electronics retailers (infamous for screwing customers) offer a better return policy than that

b) pay me for shipping. Instead I was instructed to ship back at my own cost when they shipped me the wrong item and that they would reimburse me with product or store credit. AKA: I have to toss in more money to their establishment to get the right item from them.

Bullshit. Was not impressed.

I agree, mine is not a biggie and i didn't, and don't give a f*** about it, but I'd just like to say when I got my crows from them they messed up the height, width and gave me the wrong brand of grips in the wrong colour.
Oh well, sucks for both of you guys and I hope they redeem themselves some time soon.

If i buy from scooterzone i do it in person, theyre not reliable over mail, even in store they mess things up, i have the most retarded slit in my bars, the cut on the botton was crooked about a quarter inch i had to cut again my self, and my bars were scratched a whole bunch sitting on the rack, nothing major for me but just shows how much they care!

Yea they have been annoying me lately it took them forever to ship my fork after they said they were going to ship it i had to call them twice for them to actually do it. But i just bought some wheels from them and im about to buy bars.
Ben you should really just call them more and get a tracking number for your stuff and check when its going to come. I know they said they were going to ship it but call them every other day and annoy the crap out of them intill they send it.

When i ordered my epic rewindz from sz it didnt list a width and higth option when you order. so i figured they'll just send them at like 24 by 24 and ill cut them down. Still didnt get them by like week 2. So i called them and he said, "oh we didnt get a width or height measurement so we didnt ship it."

so i told them and then it took another week for them to ship to me when i only live one and a half hours away.

in november i ordered a district, fsa, and scorcher, it took a month for the scorcher and district to get there and i didnt get the headset until february, called everyday, i broke like 6 pro forks in all that time riding threads, never again....

Titetoyz just takes forever to ship.
I ordered my first pro comp from them, and it took forever.
Inward, Lucky, ZG, Vertx, TSI, never had any problems with.

Inward shipped me razor axles instead of tilt chromos once, but they got that fixed in 2 days
