there really isnt a difference except the a tiny weight and the acceptance of oversized bars. I prefer Baby's as they are less bulky looking

I would highly recommend a Tilt SCS as they are baby but they can run Oversized/Aluminium Bars. Also they use 6mm bolt which don't strip out easy like the 5mm ones on Proto SCS, they have a nice anodized finish so it doesn't scratch off like the Powder Coat on the Proto.

also, another thing to take into account is if you want a 2 inch rise on your bars or a 1.5 inch
