Hi, i have just reasontly learned tailwhips, and i can get them mostly 1-2 out of 3. I'd just like some tips on getting them on lock and landing them more consistantly. Thankyou. ;-)

Don't try ramps because i know someone will say that, but try to lift your arms to your face and bring your kneed to your chest, youll eventually start catching them then youll have htem on lock

No. Do not listen to this kid. If anything you want to learn tricks off ramps first and then get them flat. Its all in the wrists, and the flick of your feet.

I learned whips flat. If I could do them flat, I knew I could do them off a ramp.

Well i can do them over some ramps...i mean more about catching them. That where i hav e a few problems, i can land them alot more offen if i push the scooter on the ground and then land on it rather than catching it in the air. I'd quite like to make it the other way round. =P, Thanks anyhow.

I learnt to catch by doing them off a curb. If you can already get them flat then that tiny bit more time can help you catch. Instead of trying to put your feet down to your scooter, pull your scooter up to your feet. It feels, looks and lands much cleaner.

Jump high and whip really hard, and slam your feet down into that deck, my catch whips are about a foot and a half high flat now so in pretty happy

I tryed jumping and then whipping instead of whipping while im jumping and it seemed to help. But i can't seem to bring the deck to my feet like matr said. =/
